You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
All items need to follow the return process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?
If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The items I purchased do not fit, can I exchange them?
You may return non customized products in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will refund you or provide you with store credit to place a new order for the new size or style that you would like to purchase. Please use size charts when placing orders for products.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.
Which items cannot be returned for a refund?
We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized (ie. items, shirts and outfits with names).
